Gebhardt Development multifamily proposal approved by Village of Windsor

This month, The Village of Windsor Board unanimously approved Gebhardt Development’s latest multifamily proposal; the project will consist of 122 market-rate, workforce housing apartments located in Windsor at the intersection of Lake and Gray Roads.
