The Chamber is committing significant resources to support student achievement by increasing work-based learning opportunities that satisfy curriculum requirements in Madison’s public schools.

Personalized Pathways:

The Chamber is an anchor partner of Madison Metropolitan School District’s Personalized Pathways initiative, a redesign of the high school experience that includes interconnected courses and experiences driven by the student and their personal academic and career plan.

Youth Apprenticeship Program:  

The Chamber has joined forces with Madison Metropolitan School District to grow the Youth Apprenticeship Program, a rigorous, two-year elective offered to juniors and seniors that combines classroom instruction with mentored, on-the-job training. Youth Apprenticeship is a great opportunity to encourage future talent and help them build job and professional skills through real-world work experience.
