Ground Floor Award for Small Business Leadership: The Ground Floor Award celebrates local champions for small business who are leaders both in their business and in the community. They are mentors, advocates and contributors to the continued development and prosperity of Greater Madison’s small businesses.
— Must be the owner or operator of a small business in Greater Madison.
— Demonstrated commitment to innovation within their business.
— Demonstrated leadership beyond their business and a commitment to community service and support for other small businesses.

The 2022 award will be presented at the Chamber’s eighth annual IceBreaker, taking place April 13 at the Kohl Center.
