Biography of Speaker: Barbara Zabawa writes, speaks and works on various health law matters, including structuring Accountable Care Organizations and clinical integration models, HIPAA issues and representing providers and organizations in front of licensing boards. Barbara is a Board Member for Rogers Memorial Hospital and Privacy Officer for the Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek law firm. She was appointed to Health and Life Advisory Council for the State of Wisconsin and Health Exchange Working Groups /Office of the Commissioner of Insurance.
