Big Night Out @ Wisconsin Brewing Company

The 2019 Big Night Out series is highlighting the economic impact of Greater Madison’s thriving craft beverage scene. Big Night Out consistently attracts more than 150 attendees, so this is a great opportunity to grow your network effect and support one of Greater Madison’s incredible craft brewers.
This installment of the series will highlight Wisconsin Brewing Company’s groundbreaking partnership with UW-Madison’s Fermentation Sciences program to create Campus Craft Brewery, one of the first programs in the U.S. that engages students to create, craft and market beer. Students formulate a brew based on a specified style, then work at the brewery and assist with the scale-up to full production. Big Night Out will feature on-tap access to beer created in partnership with UW students.
