It’s no secret that the demographics of our country and region are changing dramatically, as are the expectations of the next generation of workers. To remain competitive in this changing marketplace, businesses will need to embrace diversity and inclusion to attract the best talent, accelerate innovation and reach new customers. While many enterprise companies have been working towards this goal in recent years, small-to-medium-sized businesses often struggle with knowing where to start and how to achieve change without the help of a team dedicated to this culture shift.
