Inc. Magazine Names AkitaBox a Power Partner for Real Estate & Proptech
November 2, 2022 – AkitaBox has made the inaugural list of Inc. Magazine Power Partners, firms with proven track records of helping companies of all sizes succeed – whether a small business or full-scale enterprise.
The list of 252 Power Partners includes companies in marketing and advertising, cloud computing, construction and engineering, manufacturing, productivity, and other areas of business. Power Partners were selected, in part, based on feedback from existing clients and partners.
AkitaBox was recognized as a Power Partner in the real estate & property technology category for its ability to help business owners assess and optimize the operation and condition of their facilities.
Building operators use the AkitaBox software platform to manage maintenance, assets, facility condition, inspections, and capital planning with one streamlined tool. It’s also used for construction document handover and during building commissioning.

Findorff: National Rankings Are In!
Findorff is proud to serve clients locally, regionally, and nationally. This year, we are honored to be ranked by Building Design+Construction in the 2022 Giants 400 Report!
For the past 46 years, Building Design+Construction has been using revenue data to rank the largest architecture, engineering, and construction firms in the U.S. In 2022, 519 firms participated in BD+C’s Giants 400 report. More than 130 rankings across 25 building sectors and specialty categories are included in the final report.

Restaino & Associates: Gail Johnson nominated for HR Lifetime Leadership Award
Gail Johnson of Restaino & Associates ERA Powered has recently been nominated for the HR Lifetime Leadership Award given by the Wisconsin State Council SHRM. She was nominated by her peers at the local Madison GMA SHRM Greater Madison Human Resource Association.
The nomination noted, “Gail has been an outstanding, active and engaged member of the GMA SHRM Chapter since 2008. She has been an active board member for the last four years.
“Gail has played a critical role in expanding her role and support of the communications committee, she has done so by growing the team of volunteers, providing great ideas and implementing the necessary protocols & collaboration to expand communication to members through the increased use of social media, chapter newsletter content and more. Throughout the years, she has worked diligently to generate and support collaboration across the chapter’s various committees. Such collaboration has assisted with additional recognition and interest in our corporate partnership & sponsorship program, events, member/volunteer recognition and more!
