[MADISON, WI, July 8, 2021]- The Wisconsin branch of True North Consultants, Inc. has acquired Seymour Environmental Services, Inc. after the passing of Robyn Seymour, founder, and President, in 2020. Seymour Environmental was founded in 1996 and based in south-central Wisconsin. It was unique for the industry operating as one of the few woman-owned businesses in the field. As a full-service environmental firm, they specialized in site-specific approaches to environmental issues and worked with clients across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa.

M3 Releases 2021 Health Care Trend Report
The M3 Health Care Trend Report is an annual publication which highlights costs and plan designs for employer-sponsored health insurance throughout the State of Wisconsin. The report contains data collected from M3 clients across the spectrum of employer sizes, regional markets, and sectors.
The 2021 edition demonstrates the third lowest rate of change in health costs for Wisconsin employers since the inception of the report in 2004 and notes how employers are leveraging plan design to drive behavior.

Madison, WI (July 7, 2021): Ken Thompson, President and CEO of Capitol Bank, is pleased to welcome David Robbins, Market President of Capitol Bank East. David has 16 years of banking experience in a variety of roles including retail, branch management and commercial lending. David holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and completed Graduate School of Banking in 2019.
“David’s leadership experience and diverse banking background will help grow our Dane County presence as we open our East Madison location in late 2021,” said Thompson.

Gomez Joins MDC as VP of Lending & Investments
Madison, WI – July 7, 2021, Madison Development Corporation (MDC), a non-profit organization serving the residents and businesses of Dane County since 1977, announces the appointment of Juan Gomez as Vice President of Lending & Investments. As a key member of MDC’s Executive Management Team, Gomez will oversee the Lending & Investments Division for MDC.
Prior to joining MDC, Gomez served as Technology Investment Manager at Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) and as a Capital Finance Officer with the State’s Department of Administration. He has extensive experience in economic development, public finance, and real estate. Juan holds an M.B.A. in Finance and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
“We are excited to have Gomez join our team,” said Lorrie Keating Heinemann, MDC’s President & CEO. “His experience working with and lending to entrepreneurs and startups will be a great fit for MDC.”

Kraus-Anderson opens Milwaukee office to meet construction growth in SE Wisconsin
Mike Timmers named director of operations
MILWAUKEE, Wis. (July 2021) – Kraus-Anderson Construction, one of the nation’s premier general contractors and construction managers, is expanding its footprint, opening a new office in Milwaukee. The company has named Mike Timmers as director of operations. A location for the Milwaukee office has not yet been secured.
Kraus-Anderson’s (KA) long history of construction projects in East-Southeast Wisconsin and the Milwaukee- Chicago region dates back to the 1950s and 60s when it built Bayshore Shopping Center in Milwaukee; grocery stores for Red Owl (with multiple Wisconsin and Chicago area locations), and facilities for companies from Wisconsin Foods (Sturgeon Bay) to Bankers Mutual Life (Freeport, Ill).
In recent years, KA has delivered an array of notable projects for a range of commercial and government sector markets in the region. Projects include renovation of the FBI Field Office, Milwaukee; a tenant buildout for Strang Architects in Madison, which is Wisconsin’s first WELL-Certified project; and Monarch Health in Madison, an addiction recovery clinic offering a model for opioid addiction treatment that is a first of its kind. KA has also performed multiple projects for repeat clients, including Room and Board, Pick ‘n Save, Scheels, Cabela’s, Fidelity Investments, Verizon, Lowes, Wilde Automotive, Home Run Auto Group and Lupient Automotive Group. Current projects in the area include an adaptive reuse project for Winston-Knolls Schools, a school serving students with autism in Elgin, Ill.

Mike Timmers
A 21-year industry veteran, Timmers has overseen a spectrum of area commercial markets and scopes ranging from modest to multi-million-dollar projects. He most recently served as director of operations at Milwaukee-based Greenfire Management Services and was a project manager for Briohn Building Corp. and Miron Construction. He received his B.S. in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
“Mike brings to Kraus-Anderson extensive project management experience, leadership expertise and depth of knowledge of the regional market,” said Roepke. “We are excited to have him lead our Milwaukee team.”
