Capitol Bank Welcomes Jessica Piatt, SVP of Commercial Lending
Capitol Bank is pleased to announce that Jessica Piatt has joined as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending. Jessica has over 15 years of experience in sourcing, structuring, closing, and managing commercial loan and deposit relationships. She has a wide range of knowledge across commercial real estate, industrial loans and more, with many years of experience in the greater Madison area.
“It’s really exciting to have Jessica join our team,” said Justin Hart, CEO. “Her deep experience and knowledge of the commercial loan industry, combined with her connections in our local market will be a fantastic addition to the Bank.”
While Jessica will join the commercial lending team, she’ll also be contributing across all the Bank’s business lines. Outside of the office, she sits on boards and committees with Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin and Downtown Madison, Inc. Jessica enjoys hiking, traveling, and reading. She lives with her husband, son, and black lab.

Capitol Bank Announces Two Promotions, Strengthening for Future Success
Madison, WI (March 26, 2025): Capitol Bank is pleased to announce promotions for Nick Inman and Paige Janquart, which will further enhance the Bank’s leadership team and position the Bank for future growth.
Nick Inman has been named SVP, Chief Credit Officer. Inman brings over 19 years of lending and credit experience to Capitol Bank as he assumes leadership of the Bank’s credit function. In his two years with Capitol Bank, Nick has led several transition efforts to position the Bank for scalable growth while adding efficiencies. This change will allow for continued enhancement of the Bank’s credit operations.
“Nick’s expertise and dedication to the Bank have been evident since his arrival, and I’m pleased to have Nick at the helm of our credit department,” said Justin Hart, CEO.
Paige Janquart has been named VP of Finance. Janquart, with 14 years of accounting and banking experience, has played an integral role in the Bank’s accounting department prior to and since exceeding $500 million. In Janquart’s new role, she will assume additional responsibilities overseeing the Accounting and Financing department.

Oak Bank Welcomes Jett Bell as Loan Operations Specialist
Fitchburg, WI – Oak Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Jett Bell as Loan Operations Specialist. In this role, Jett will support the bank’s loan portfolio, which includes commercial and residential mortgages—both in-house and secondary market—along with consumer and HELOC loan products. His responsibilities include processing and monitoring loan activity, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, and collaborating closely with lenders, credit teams, and third-party vendors to provide outstanding service to Oak Bank’s clients.
Jett is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned a B.A. in Economics with a Mathematical Emphasis. His background includes leadership experience as a Manager at a fast-paced restaurant that required precision, problem-solving, and strong organizational skills. Prior to that, he worked as an Electrical Pre-Apprentice, developing technical expertise and attention to detail—both of which translate well into his role at Oak Bank.
