Monica Schraml Joins M3 Education & Government Practice
Madison, WI – Monica Schraml has joined M3’s Education & Government Practice (EDGE). This transition comes after 12 years with M3, a majority of which had her specializing in serving the property & casualty needs of M3’s small market clients in the manufacturing and distribution market.
Her evolving role at M3 shifts her focus to larger groups in the public sector and draws on her years of experience consulting with and advising clients on coverage and risk management strategies to help them meet current and future business goals. The EDGE team welcomes Monica and the passion for school safety and student achievement that she brings to M3’s public school clients.
Monica is a Wisconsin-licensed property and casualty insurance agent and holds her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designations.

Kraus-Anderson Madison increases project management staff
MADISON, Wis. (March 2020) – The Madison office of Kraus-Anderson (KA) has hired Mark Butteris as a superintendent. Prior to joining KA, Butteris was a superintendent for Tri-North Builders and for Ideal Builders, both in Fitchburg, Wis.
KA also has hired Weston Gumbert as a project engineer. Gumbert was a project management intern for Payne & Dolan, Inc. in Fitchburg and for Oakridge Engineering, Inc. in Chippewa Falls, Wis.

David comes to M3 from Hydrite Chemical Co., Milwaukee where he has served as General Counsel since September, 2012. His experience and expertise lies in a wide variety of legal and treasury areas including mergers & acquisitions, risk management, insurance and more.
David brings an enhanced focus to this specialty area as M3 continues to expand our reps & warranties services and capabilities. David will be located out of M3’s Milwaukee office.
