Brian Donarski Promoted to Vice President of Finance & Accounting at M3

Brian Donarski has recently been promoted to Vice President of Finance & Accounting at M3 Insurance. In his four years with M3, Brian has led his team in a number of significant process improvements including the implementation of financial performance indicators and the automation of real-time reporting.  He provides standard, measurable data and insight to M3’s sales team, shareholders, executive leadership, and board members in support of M3’s commitment to proactive operational planning.

Brian joined M3 in 2014 as the Director of Finance and Accounting. He came to this role with a diverse business background spanning 20 years, including experience in manufacturing, distribution and healthcare industries. He belongs to the Madison Chapter of Financial Executives International and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Old National promotes Kevin Anderson to Wisconsin Region CEO and Traci Mann to Region President

Milwaukee, Wis. (Jan. 28, 2019) – Old National Bank is pleased to announce the promotions of Kevin Anderson to Wisconsin Region CEO and Traci Mann to Wisconsin Region President. Anderson replaces Len Devaisher who recently left the company.

Kevin Anderson joined ONB in 2013 as Corporate Relationship Manager in the Louisville Region and was promoted to Milwaukee Region President in 2016. Prior to Old National, Kevin was Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Manager at Fifth Third Bank in Louisville. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.

Anderson is an active community leader and serves on the board of directors for the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce and the United Performing Arts Fund. He is also a member of the Greater Milwaukee Committee.

Traci Mann worked for AnchorBank for 26 years prior to its partnership with ONB in 2016. She most recently served as Market President, Commercial Banking Executive in Madison. Traci recently graduated from Old National’s Senior Leadership Academy and earned her bachelor’s from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.

Mann serves on the executive committee for the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Luncheon, The Madison Club Foundation Board, and Downtown Madison Inc. Economic Development Committee. She also volunteers for the Madison Symphony Orchestra.

Old National Names 10 Advisory Board Members in Wisconsin

Madison, Wisc. (January 23, 2019) – Led by Wisconsin Region CEO Kevin Anderson, Old National Bank has established an Advisory Board for the State of Wisconsin. Advisory Board members represent the Old National’s Greater Wisconsin Region, the second largest for Old National Bank.

The Board positions are paid, non-fiduciary roles. Board members will advise Old National leadership on marketplace strategy, overall business direction and accountability for management on strategic and tactical plans. The Advisory Board terms range from 2-4 years.

RICHARD CAMPBELL JOINS ALLIANCE BOARD

MADISON, Wis. (Jan. 21, 2019) ─ Richard Campbell, head of human resources at ABS Global, DeForest, Wis., has been appointed to fill a vacant position on The Alliance Board of Directors.

Campbell joined ABS Global, a division of Genus PLC, in 2018. His responsibilities include focusing the organization’s human resources on serving as a business partner in developing talent to meet strategic and tactical needs. Campbell previously held human resources leadership positions at Glanbia and CUNA Mutual Group. ABS Global has been an Alliance member since July 2000.

M3 Adds Eight Shareholders

M3 Insurance recently announced eight new company shareholders:  Isaac Bechen, Director of Construction & Real Estate Practice; Jordan Herbert, Business Development Executive; Derek Laczniak, Director of Cyber Practice; Patrick LeMire, Senior Account Executive; Mark Meeks, Senior Account Executive; Kevin Miller, Senior Account Executive; Bradley Reitzner, Director of Sales, Property & Casualty;  and Jeffrey Steckbauer, Senior Account Executive.

Bechen joined M3 in 2011 and rose to serve as the Director of Construction & Real Estate Practice. In this role, he serves as a subject matter expert, strategist and thought leader, responsible for sharing information on trends and issues that specifically impact this industry. He advises construction companies, developers and owners on property and casualty insurance needs.

Herbert joined M3 in 2011. He is a currently a Business Development Executive and, as such, he educates the business community about M3 services. He assists customers and prospects during the sales process, presenting solutions and matching them with the appropriate service team to address their unique business insurance needs.

Laczniak joined M3 in 2010. He consults with clients on the design and implementation of their risk management programs and has created a proprietary risk assessment strategy that helps quantify overall risk exposure for organizations of all sizes and scopes. As M3’s Director of Cyber Practice, he is a recognized leader in the cyber security risk management landscape. His subject matter expertise includes network security, network infrastructure and security exposure.

LeMire joined M3 in 2006. He specializes in working with clients in the Senior Living & Social Services industry as well as non-profit organizations to help them manage their property and casualty programs. Pat serves on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Health Care Association (WHCA) and for Easter Seals of Southern Wisconsin.

Meeks joined M3 in 2007, coming with over 22 years of experience in the insurance industry. Specializing in Education & Government, he counsels clients about risk management strategies and property and casualty insurance planning. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club Wausau Area and the M3 Foundation. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Northcentral Technical College.

Miller joined M3 in 2010. He specializes in property and casualty insurance products for both the public and private sector. Prior to M3, his insurance career included work with several brokers and a software company which serves brokers. While developing his industry knowledge and technical expertise, he earned his Masters of Business Administration from Marquette University. He currently serves as Secretary for the M3 Foundation Board of Directors.

Reitzner joined M3 in 2013. He is responsible for providing leadership and coaching to the agency’s property and casualty sales team as well as advising clients regarding their unique insurance needs. He also plays an integral role in strategic planning and execution of key initiatives, including M3’s business insurance Captive Practice.

Steckbauer joined M3 in 2011. He consults with and advises clients about the design, implementation and management of their employee benefits program, serving groups in both the public and private sector.
