The River Food Pantry, serving over 1,000 diverse households each week, is South Central Wisconsin’s busiest food pantry. Our services include free groceries for curbside pickup or delivery, online grocery orders, freshly prepared to-go meals, and mobile lunches for children and adults in low-income neighborhoods.
We build community by offering opportunities to serve, donate, and collaborate. We also partner with local organizations to minimize food waste and improve access to reliable sources of food.
Since opening in 2006, our vision has always been to achieve a fully nourished community.

M3 Insurance: Lacey Endres Named Vice President of Property & Casualty Operations
Lacey Endres has recently been named vice president of property & casualty operations at M3. In this role, she partners with select members of the executive leadership to set the strategy for the agency’s property & casualty division. Her responsibilities include leadership of client services, brokerage, surety, and risk management teams.
Endres joined M3 in 2007 as a property & casualty support specialist and quickly moved to an account manager position. In 2012, she was promoted to a client services manager role and served in that capacity for six years before becoming the director of client services for property & casualty in January 2018. Her growth has been a function of her hard work, operational knowledge, and her ability to produce outstanding results.
Endres currently serves as the treasurer on the executive board for the Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin. The appointment on the PIAW executive board is on track to progress over the next two years, with Endres serving as vice president next year and president the following year. In addition, Endres is a Lead United level supporter of United Way of Dane County, and serves as the co-chair of M3’s Women’s Business Resource Group.

Haines, Nelson Join Capitol Bank Team as Universal Bankers
Madison, WI (February 2022): Ken Thompson, President and CEO of Capitol Bank, is pleased to announce that Rob Haines and Autumn Nelson have joined the Capitol Bank team as Universal Bankers.
Rob joined Capitol Bank with one year of banking experience and three years of finance experience. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in finance from Lancaster Bible College in Pennsylvania. He is an avid sports fan, especially of the LA Dodgers and Tom Brady. In his free time, Rob enjoys hunting, fishing, backpacking, and visiting museums.

Autumn joined Capitol Bank as a Universal Banker in 2022 with two years of teller experience. She has completed courses at Madison College and is currently studying marketing at University of Wisconsin – Madison. Outside of work, Autumn shows horses competitively around the United States, where she competes for national and world titles. When not in competition, Autumn and her family enjoy taking their miniature horses to visit residents of nursing homes.

In the three years Natalie has been with the Bank, she has materially elevated Capitol Bank’s brand and marketing reach with exponential growth in the Bank’s social media strategy.
“Natalie’s impact has been felt in each area of the Bank. She has been an integral part of our growth through the mortgage boom and Paycheck Protection Program and her efforts are evidenced in our success,” said Thompson.

Capitol Bank Announces Promotions of Aybazova, Bauer
Madison, WI: Ken Thompson, President and CEO of Capitol Bank, is pleased to announce the following promotions:
Dina Aybazova has been promoted to Office Coordinator. Dina joined Capitol Bank over two years ago. In that time, she has grown in her role by taking on additional responsibilities with the day-to-day coordination of the Bank’s internal needs. Dina’s hobbies include hiking, anything outdoorsy, trying new food and coffee, traveling with family and friends, meeting new people, exploring new cultures, good movies, listening/singing to 60s music and Bon Jovi. Congratulations, Dina!

Evan Bauer has been promoted to Assistant Branch Manager – Verona. Evan has been with Capitol Bank for over a year. In his time here, he has taken on additional responsibilities by tracking the Bank’s referral program and he continues to pursue banking courses to mold his skillset into what best serves our customers. In Evan’s free time, he enjoys basketball, football, soccer, weightlifting and has taken various mission trips with his church to help rebuild areas after disasters. Congratulations, Evan!
