Connecting Inclusive Employers with LGBTQ+ Job Seekers: OPEN Foundation’s 2025 Career Fair

Madison, WI – The OPEN Foundation is excited to announce its 2025 Career Fair on Wednesday, April 23rd, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Madison College Goodman Campus. This annual event is a premier opportunity for LGBTQ+ professionals and allies to connect with employers committed to fostering diversity, accessibility, equity, and inclusion (DAEI) in the workplace.

In today’s workforce, representation and inclusion matter more than ever. The OPEN Career Fair provides a safe and welcoming space where job seekers can explore opportunities with companies that value authenticity, equity, and belonging. Employers attending this event are dedicated to creating inclusive environments and supporting LGBTQ+ and BIPOC professionals in building successful careers.
